Loaves and Fishes heads up: Monday June 29 is the next time to help prepare and serve a meal at Holy Rosary Church in the Philips neighborhood, 2-7PM. Covid-19 has put many people out of work and school, creating a need for more meals to be served. While the number of guests served has quadrupled, there has been a reduction in the number of our volunteers. Plan to help if you can! More details to come.

In the interest of general health safety and the safety of the Meeting coordinator who still comes to the meetinghouse to work, Friends are encouraged to not enter the meetinghouse. If a visit to the meetinghouse is a necessity, Friends are asked to:
– stay home if you are sick;
– alert the coordinator about when you will be in (whether she is scheduled to be there or not) and what area of the building you will be visiting;
– bring brass-safe sanitizing wipes to use on the door handles before and after use as well as other handles and fixtures you touch;
– wash your hands upon entering the meetinghouse;
– consider wearing a mask for the duration of your stay and bringing your own pens / pencils to use and take away again;
– restrict movement through the meetinghouse as much as possible.
