UPCOMING MEETING EVENTS
Children and adults are encouraged to participate in worship as much as they are able. If you anticipate needing to leave the meetingroom before the close of worship, please sit by a door to minimize disruption. ALSO, if you arrive before worship begins, consider leaving seats near the doors available to those who join worship late.
Friends are encouraged to attend worship with attention to business next Sunday, 11:00 – 12:30, as we continue to make decisions about roles and responsibilities in Meeting after the Director of Ministry retires.
Welcoming and Outreach will be hosting a neighborhood ice cream social on August 20th. Please come and help make guests feel welcome. And invite your friends and neighbors to come too!
Pat’s retirement celebrations will soon be here! There is a designated fund for contributions to cover celebration expenses. To contribute, make checks payable to Minneapolis Meeting with “Pat’s retirement” on the memo line. THANK YOU to those who have generously contributed so far!
