Life is filled with wonder, but most of it we miss. We are surrounded by mystery, but we are quick to find the simple explanations. The ground beneath our feet is firm, yet we keep trying to find something to hold onto.

What is life?
It is the flash of a firefly in the night.
It is the breath of a buffalo in the winter time.
It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset.

HOLD IN THE LIGHT
Minneapolis Friends Meeting and Quaker Quest: that we are faithful witnesses to God’s grace, love and presence; that we are discovered by those whose relationship with the Divine might be encouraged and nurtured by being part of this community; that we be authentic.
