3. Annual Reports
Fall Camp Committee – annual report by Ed Souther. A written report was submitted; please see attached. Ed reported that many participants expressed their enjoyment of Fall Camp this year, which included a group from Friends International Church. Upcoming points of attention include a possible new venue, financial considerations, age-appropriate programming for all attenders and acquiring two or three new committee members.

4. Follow-up Issues
FNVW Holiday Fair ― a report will be given at an upcoming meeting. One Friend commented that “it was wonderful.”
Quaker Quest core group report ― A written report was submitted; see attached.
Hosting of Northern Yearly Meeting Executive Committee ― A report written by Carolyn VandenDolder was submitted; see attached. The committee met at the meetinghouse Nov. 16-18; the report thanks many Friends who provided food, services, accommodations and hospitality.
5. New Business
Mazuzah on meetinghouse doors ― Mayim Rabim has communicated interest in affixing a mazuzah at the entrances to the meetinghouse. A number of Friends expressed support for the proposal. Some Friends expressed discomfort with the idea, even with the proposal to have the mazuzah attached only when Mayim Rabim is using the building. No action was taken because it became clear that the Meeting needed more time to reflect on it. Pat said that she would communicate with Mayim Rabim about the Meeting’s ambivalence.
6. Communications and Announcements
None were reported.
Friends closed meeting for worship with attention to business with a brief period of silent worship.
